My Approach to Fitness

First and foremost, I believe that "the only bad workout is the one that didn't happen."  Just getting yourself to the gym, on the running path, or wherever you workout, is half the battle.  But once you get there, it is important to: work all major muscle groups evenly to avoid imbalances in strength and range of motion; include strength training as well as cardio to build muscle, improve bone health, and increase your metabolism; and use proper form to avoid injury.  My workouts are designed to address each of these components through high intensity intervals, a variety of movements in all planes of motion, and close supervision.  I also address key fitness skills that help prepare you for daily activities through agility and balance training.  Whatever your fitness level or fitness goals, you will find my classes challenging, inspiring, and fulfilling.  So if you're ready to take the journey to a stronger and more confident you, check out my formats below and come sweat it out with me!

Fit by HIIT Events

Fit by HIITTM is an hour-long workout that combines high intensity interval training and skill building (e.g., balance, agility, coordination) to burn fat, sculpt lean muscle, and improve your quality of movement.  This combination of endurance, strength, and skill training is designed to improve resting metabolic rate, body composition, overall fitness, core stability, and confidence in the way you move.

Semi-Private Classes

Looking for a way to socialize that doesn't include just dinner and drinks?  Now you can network, team build, and celebrate in a way that is good for the body and the soul.  Private group fitness classes are a great way to spend time with friends or make new connections while getting in your workout.  Better yet, private classes offer more flexibility in scheduling and programming - partner workouts to build cohesion, upper body toning for that wedding dress, a playlist with the birthday girl's / boy's favorite tunes.  Contact me for more information on scheduling your work event, team building exercise, networking event, birthday celebration, or bridal party sweat session.
