National Fitness Day™ ("NFD") is celebrated the first Saturday of May in the US as a single day to celebrate strength and empowerment through fitness, and for people across the country to get their sweat on. Leading up to May, NFD offers monthly challenges, workout playlists, and more to keep you motivated and moving. I am so excited to be part of the team of NFD ambassadors, an amazing group of women from across the country with a variety of backgrounds and strengths and endless supply of positivity!
The Spyder 360 is my favorite new fitness toy! If you've ever taken one of my classes, you know I love to fire up that core by working on balance through a variety of destabilizing exercises. The Spyder 360 takes that training to a new level through omnidirectional movement moving one or two limbs at a time during exercises such as planks, push-ups, lunges, bear crawls and more.
